Suppled by Scot-herbs, this unique project, suitable for S1 – S6 studying Home Economics/Food and Nutrition and Hospitality, will introduce secondary school pupils to the fascinating world of culinary herbs. The project has been developed inline with the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and adheres to Scottish ‘Health Promoting Schools’ guidelines.
