Today P6/7 joined P4/5 for their Christmas party! First we had a talent contest, with different pupils dancing, playing piano and putting on a puppet show, then played games like Christmas Corners, and a version of the mummy game we called the snoman game! I enclose an update on the P6/7 homework policy for the Spring Term. Currently (Christmas Term) pupils are given weekly spelling, a reading book for home reading and ad hoc comprehension and maths activities. P6/7 have been studying money and today they were posed a budget challenge! They had to use different catalogues to ‘buy’ Christmas presents for their families, using different budgets.
