Then a boat and a plane to reach the Red Room.  We danced and played instruments to the music but had to look out for the ‘Stop’ and ‘Go’ signs. We had a picnic in the Green Room then the bus took us back to the Yellow Room. Everyone arrived back safely but we can not wait to go on our journey again.

Pupils from P3W joined us for the dancing and celebrations.The dances included Mrs Burrell’s Jig, the Meadowpark Reel as well as the Gay Gordon’s and the Prince of Orange.  We joined in with the fiddle playing of Mhairi’s Wedding and the Skye Boat Song.  Afterwards we had shortbread in the Blue Room.

The next parent’s coffee morning is on Friday 18th January 10.00-11.00 a.m.

We will be looking for volunteers to work on a Sensory story bag as well as practicing some signs.  Look forward to seeing you.
