The weekly after school yoga/relaxation class on Wednesday evenings is a great way to gain exercise whilst having fun and relaxing (Sebastian P5). I think it is a great laugh and sometimes the children teach the adults something new! (Lois P5). I think yoga is a great way to heal the mind and the body. I have been coming to yoga for nearly a year and enjoyed every session (Ciaran P5). We have loved learning about every pose that we do in yoga such as Pose of Tranquillity; Cobra; Warrier and Down facing Dog (Tiegan P2). I have enjoyed doing the poses in yoga (Amy P2). The meditation is very relaxing and we say Namaste at the end which means peace (Holly and Sophie P2).
