As part of our lesson on Scale this week in Numeracy and Mathematics, the boys and girls were given dimensions of Airfix World War 2 tanks, which they then had to use to calculate the actual size of the tanks, and draw them out on the playground. The sizes of the tanks varied, some larger than we had thought they would be!
