National Science and Engineering Week

12th – 21st March

The CDT Department ran an Engineering Challenge with pupils from Sanderson’s Wynd Primary School during the National Science and Engineering Week.

Three classes came up to Ross High where they competed to build the tallest and strongest tower from paper and masking tape!

Here are the winning groups from each class (P5, P5/6 and P6) along with their towers, trophies and certificates. Well done to all those who took part it was a lot of fun for both pupils and the teachers!!

A big thank you to Mr Kidd, Mr Savage and Mr Hall who gave up their own time to plan, arrange and resource the event which was a huge success!!
