Maths and spelling homework will be given out every Monday and collected in every Thursday. All homework should be signed by a parent or guardian. Due to some pupils persistently not doing homework, any pupils not bringing in homework (without a note from home) will be given a red card. Occasionally topic homework will also be sent home and this will also be posted on the blog.
Group reading books and Book Detective tasks come home every week.
Times tables need to be practised for 10 minutes each night to reinforce our learning in class. We will be taking part in World Maths Day on 7th March, so brush up on your mental addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in order to train for this event. Here are a few websites with games to help: http://www.ictgames.com/resources.html
