The Pupil Council have been waiting a long time but finally they get their wish to paint the bridge in the field RAINBOW colours. P3 Pupil Council members started the painting today and P2 and P1 Pupil Council members will finish it off. We aim to please! Thanks Charlotte and Aileen for supervising.

Lucky, lucky children to have so much ‘father’s love’.  I defy anyone to watch this slideshow without smiling or even having a wee tear in their eye.  Happy Father’s Day!

Shamin Akhtar, Lead Councillor for Education, commended the Equality for Early Years Guide to us all today at the launch in our school.  The Guide is a well written booklet with lots of good thinking points and advice for working in an inclusive way in the early years.
