Primary 3 performed a fantastic performance of The Bumblesnouts for their leaving assembly today. The Bumblesnouts are aliens from outer space who bring an important message to us humans – telling us to care for our planet. All the children were brilliant. Super singing, super acting and super costumes. Thank you, parents and carers, for helping us with the costumes and a massive thank you to Mrs Birrell for suggesting this show and for getting the children to sing and play the drums at top-notch performers level! A massive well done to the boys and girls.
We made colourful chameleons with jazzy designs on them. We had great fun experimenting with the different designs. Have a look…
We then went out into the Wild Flower Garden and hid our chameleons. Our friends had to try to find them.

P3 were very lucky and got a chance to go on The Reaper, an old herring fishing boat. The crewe were fantastic and told us lots of information to help us with our topic, where we have been learning about all the old industries of Prestonpans. Thank you to all our parent helpers and the crewe of The Reaper.
….. AND NOW, THE MOMENT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR – THE BIG RACE!
