Welcome to the first S2 Careers Carousel at Preston Lodge High School

All S2 pupils will be involved in 4 sessions/workshops throughout the morning, there will also be the opportunity to visit some further education information stands.

The morning will be launched by a keynote speech from Mr Don Ledingham-East Lothian Executive Director of Services for People

The aim of the morning is to

• Expand students knowledge of career prospects
• Engage with people who are currently employed in a range of different jobs
• Provide an opportunity to link current learning with future career options
• Have the opportunity to ask questions
• Engage positively with the 21^st century ‘World of Work’

We welcome all our presenters who come with a wide variety of experiences to share with students. They have given up their time voluntarily to support Preston Lodge students.

Maximum use will be made of this unique morning to broaden students outlook for future employment possibilities.
