We held a sponsored word-search and a sponsored dance on Friday 3^rd May and raised an amazing £184 50 which we are sending to Five Sister’s Zoo in West Lothian!!

Then we went to the Education Centre and we put animals in their habitats.

At last we went to see as many animals as we could.

Planning for the Summer Fête is well underway but to ensure it’s success we need your help!
 

Friday 17th May
Dress down day…..instead of bringing payment we ask that children bring a donation for our bottle stall (shampoo, bubble bath, juice etc) and/or chocolate for our chocolate tombola.

Cakes
A couple of weeks before the Fête, all children will be given an empty paper plate which we would ask you to fill with a goody for our Cakes stall. This donation can be brought to school on Friday 31st May at earliest or handed in the morning of the Fête. If you wish to hand in goods in containers, please ensure to label them with your child’s name and class.

Donations
We also need donations of the following items which can be handed into the school office the week of the Fête. Toys, books, DVD’s, CD’s, plants and used school uniforms.

Our Summer Fête is the main fundraiser or the year and in order to make it a success volunteers are needed to help run stalls on the day and/or set up the day before and help to clear up at the end of the day.
