P7A have been doing some group work researching the different weapons and machines that were used during the Second World War. Using books and the internet, they found information and images of weapons and machines (tanks, spitfires etc) and created an information poster.
After some initial problems with websites, information has now been found and the posters are well underway. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results!

P7A have been learning all about the Highland Clearances through reading “The Desperate Journey”.
We have been learning why the Highland Clearances took place and where the Scottish people moved to. We imagined we were some of the Scottish people, and wrote letters back to our old homes from the big city of Glasgow.
