PARKOUR
Couple of links here to an urban sport that originated in France (click on underlined names to watch videos). The first is about a man called Jonny Budden, who is raising money to help Motor Neurone Disease. His quest is to do 1000 miles of free-running from John O’Groats in Scotland to Paris, which he started on the 18 April. You can follow his progress at www.stickyparkour.com
This second link is about a guy called David Barraclough (who grew up in Dunbar!). He coaches and practices Parkour. David is keen to come and show the class what is involved in the sport and do a little demo for us, which is fantastic!! Watch this space!
