After the torrential rain we had in Ormiston on Friday, our annual family walk and picnic was looking doubtful for a second year but thankfully it had dried up enough by Tuesday for us to brave the muddy footpaths of the Winton Estate.
The weather was kind to us and stayed fair all day. In all we had around 150 children plus staff, parents, grandparents and friends join us for the walk through the woods to Pencaitland, and a picnic and games in the park.
