If you are buying items of school clothing for your child over the Easter holiday, please ensure that they meet the requirements of the school dress code, in particular: plain black footwear, black school trousers (not jeans or leggings) and skirts of a reasonable length. School dress is an important aspect of the ethos of the school and it promotes the idea of dressing appropriately for a place of work. We really appreciate the support of our parents in ensuring that this happens.
Next term, there will be a concerted focus on getting the dress code right with all our pupils. We will then be able to focus exclusively on what really matters in school - learning and teaching.
