Royal Mail Book Awards
This week the morning classes and Room 1PM have been reading the 3 books listed in the Royal Mail Book Awards shortlist: What the Ladybird heard by Julia Donaldson, Stormy Weather by Debi Gliori and Love from Lousia by Simon Puttock. Today we voted for our favourites. The winner was Love from Lousia with 31 votes.
We will be sending our votes into the Royal Mail Book Awards – I wonder if the rest of the children in Scotland that are participating will agree with us?

The children at Loretto R.C. Nursery Class in Musselburgh were also reading and voting for the Royal Mail Book Awards.
They also chose Love from Louisa as their favourite book.
I wonder what the other children in Scotland will decide.
