A reminder to all parents – Musselburgh Grammar School is closed on Monday 6th May 2013 to all staff and pupils.  There are no exams on that day.

The following arrangements have been made for pupils entitled to Home to School Transport for the Exam Period.

Pupils from Wallyford may use their scholar pass and show the exam timetable to the driver which will only be accepted up to 30 minutes after the exam finishes.

The exception to this will be Monday 20^th May, when an East Lothian Council green bus will be at Salters Bus Terminus for 08.10 to bring you to school.

For your Return journey on Monday 20^th May please use scholar pass as normal and show exam timetable to the driver.

Pupils from Whitecraig should use normal Home to school contract route 161 provided by First Bus.

The exception to this will be Monday 20^th May, when an East Lothian Council green bus will be at Bus Stop opposite the Mercat (formerly Dolphin) for 08.20 to bring you to school.

For your Return journey on Monday 20^th May you will be provided with a bus slip which you should show with your exam timetable to the driver.

Whitecraig pupils who have exams that finish on other days after the school bus has left will again be issued with a bus slip which they can use to get home.

Pupils travelling by taxi should have been informed of the arrangements made for them to travel to and from school during exam time.

IF ANY PUPIL SITTING EXAMS IS UNSURE OF TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS PLEASE CALL INTO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO EXAM LEAVE TO DISCUSS.

Musselburgh Grammar School will be closed to pupils and staff on Monday 15th April for the Spring Holiday.

It will reopen on Tuesday as normal.

We have had to make some changes to the timetable for the SQA Modern Languages Listening Exams to avoid disruption caused by the bell.
