Our theme this week is pirates! We have had lots of fun making a big wall display,treasure maps, parrots, baking pirate snacks like coconut bounty buns, making pirate flags and fantastic pirate hats which the ante pre schoolers can wear on Pirate Day- Friday 25th February when they will be presented with their Pirate Gift bag from [...]

Just a reminder that there is no nursery all of next week- February 14-18th as it is half term.

We have nearly finished our Chinese New Year topic and we have had a lot of fun. We have done some chinese dancing; made lucky goldfish and banners; made dragon masks and a huge dragon that lots of the children worked on; we have tried chinese writing; made panda masks and painted a whole gallery [...]

On Monday as a part of Scottish week we are planning a mini ceilidh for the morning group. If you have anything tartan or checked, please wear it!

Mrs Carter is not well at the moment and we are delighted to welcome Miss Finlay to the nursery during her absence. She was a student of Mrs Henderson fourteen years ago! Its a small world!

We would like to thank everyone who sponsered us for our walks last week. We had such fun. We wore our tshirts backwards, and did circuits around the school.
