Law Out of School Club – Out of School Services

 

Dear Parent / Carer

 

We would like to welcome your children to Law Out of School Club. The Club operates in the dining hall of the primary school and with the breakfast club running from 7.30am until 8.45am from Mon – Fri. We also run an after school club during term time Mon-Thursday 3pm – 5.45pm and Fridays 12pm – 5.45pm. We operate holiday clubs for in-service days and for some weeks of the school holidays depending on demand (information available from the club).

BREAKFAST:

Children will be offered a light breakfast – they may choose from a range of cereals; toast with jam/marmalade, milk and/or sugar free squash. After breakfast the children may play with a selection of games and at the arts/crafts table.

 

AFTER-SCHOOL:

P1-P2 children will be collected from their classrooms. P3-P7 make their own way to the dining hall and are signed in on arrival. A healthy snack option is offered and then they may choose from a range of activities and are often given the opportunity to play outside. Organised activities are displayed weekly and children are consulted in choosing what activities will happen in the coming weeks.

 

FEES

 

Fees are charged monthly and payable by direct debit. Breakfast club is £2.75 per day – Afterschool club is £7.50 per day with Fridays being offered at £11.00 per full session or £7.50 till 4pm. There is a Registration Fee on £25 per family.

Holiday club fees vary depending on organised outings and a list of these are available on request 2 weeks prior to holiday opening.

 

An invoice and standing order form will be issued and prompt payment is much appreciated. The club is a registered charity and a voluntary organisation which is run by East Lothian Out of School Care Network
