Smart targets

It seems that pupils are not sharing their weekly smart targets with parents at home. This appears to be because pupils are not writing their targets in their diaries. To date the writing of information in diaries has not been strictly supervised since teachers are trying to encourage the children to exercise a degree of responsibility for themselves. Following a meeting with teachers however it has been decided that they will allow additional time to write up the diaries. This will enable them to check the content and give extra support to those who might have difficulty with writing.
