On Friday 4th February we had a special assembly to celebrate Chinese New Year which began on Thursday 3rd February.  Children and staff were entertained by a dancing dragon!  Some children brought along small decorated dragons, lanterns and Chinese tangrams to show.  The children heard a traditional story about how the Chinese years were named.  This year is the year of the Rabbit.
