Funky Moves

Today was our last session this term.

The children have worked very hard and

had such a busy year!

Some of the funky moves  parents came to watch us in action

and I think its fair to say they were very pleased with what they saw!

We would like to thank them for coming.

We had 7 work stations again……

Scooter board, Mat work, Hockey stick dribble,

Javelin, Bean bag dribble, Goal post

and Bench work travel, phew!

We had our usual warm up to cool music and practised

using our space bubbles.

Then we went straight into stations.

Two of us won the Balance Challenge today!

This has never happened before!

We wish you a lovely chilling Summer and look forward

to starting our sessions again in August

We kicked off to a flying start this morning!

The children had previously asked for various work stations to be set up

for their next session.  Some chose their favourite

whilst some chose ones they would like to practise more on

We had 7 Work Stations! Phew!

Scooter board, Mat work, Hockey stick dribble, Javelin throw,

Football dribble, Goal Post and Bench work balance/travel.

As always, we warmed-up our muscles by mirroring

Lesley’s movements to some groovy music.

We moved two  feet together (bunny jumps)

We would like to remind Parents/Carers of our Funky Moves Children

of our Invitation to come and watch us in action!

Sadly there will be no sessions this week due to

Lesley covering in the Nursery this morning

and

it will be Sports Day on Thursday!
