Obstacle Course Take 2……
Posted in Movements on May 14, 2012 by Lesley Dodds We had more fun today with a slightly different layout to our Obstacle Course from last week.
We had 6 work stations again!
The children were excited to see a Football Dribble station in place instead of the hurdles.
The children were asked to control the football moving zig zag through the cones. They rose to the challenge!
“The ball kept running away!”
We love climbing through the hoop……
“If I move very slowly I wont knock it over!”
Our Hopscotch jumping is all falling into place……
“One foot to two feet”
The Children have been trying different travelling shapes along the benches……
“Sliding sideways along the bench”
“Walking backwards”
As always, at the end, we tidied away all the equipment then finished
with a game of Clear the Garden followed by
some Stretch and Tone to ease our
muscles after our busy session.
