Another busy session
we are getting much stronger!
We started with a warm up to beautiful music. We stretched our bodies and imagined we were a tall tower!

- “Reach up to the sky!”
We moved straight into Scooterboard races!
This was really fun and we pushed our speed to the limit!

- “We are so much stronger”

- “Superman races!”
We even managed to race moving forward Ziggy Zaggy through the cones!

- “We are amazing!”
We checked our strength by pushing off from the wall

- “Ready, Steady, Push!
How far do you think we travelled?

- “Atleast a metre!”
We finished with a game of Tig, followed by a nice cool down and stretch and tone. Lesley emphasised again how important it is to stretch before and after exercise.
We discussed our programme for next week and the children are keen on an obstacle course!
