We had four work stations set up today. Our main focus this week is Aiming.
. Javelin throwing – Aiming Javelin to even more cheekier faces on the wall!
. Skipping ropes – Challenging ourselves to do just one more jump!
. Aiming 3 bean bags into 3 different hula hoops.
. Matwork – We worked on Superman, Sausage Roll and Solid Rocks.
We warmed up playing Musical Spots :

- When the music stops we find a spot!
We then moved to our work stations :

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blast off Superman!!!
We got a shot of every work station :

"I hit 'Winnie' on the nose!"

"My underarm throwing is so much better now"
We all agreed we worked our socks off today! Well done boys and girls

Primary 1/2 worked on the mats in gym today too as part of our gymnastics block. It’s great that our classes compliment each other and give children great ways to apply their skills in different contexts.

Well done boys and girls you are doing some great work.
You look like you are standing in a great position for throwing in your photographs.

Thank you for your lovely comment Nicola. Joseph has worked very hard and he is a delight to have in the group, as are the other children. His confidence is growing as each day passes now. Well done Joseph!
