| East Linton Playgroup runs at the East Linton Community Hall on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during term time from 9.15-11.45am. The term dates are available here.The Playgroup provides fun, stimulating and safe indoor and outdoor play, loosely structured around a weekly theme. There are group music and storytime sessions, arts and crafts, jigsaws and puzzles, role playing, a trampoline, bikes, scooters and much much more. The children also enjoy a healthy and varied snack.Places are available from 2 years old (registration from 18 months). The maximum number of children per session is 20. We employ two permanent members of staff, although we also enlist parental help for each session.
East Linton Playgroup is registered with the Care Inspectorate and we are an SPPA member. Our last Care Inspectorate inspection was on 19th October 2012 and was very positive. Briefly, we scored 4 (“good”) or 5 (“very good”) out of a possible 6 for all areas inspected.
