After weeks of tender loving care P1/2 finally released their Painted Lady butterflies today. We have observed our caterpillars eating and growing,  then watched them make cocoons and finally emerge as beautiful butterflies.   We were lucky enough to be able to hold them in our hands before they flew away.  We will be keeping our eyes open for them around the village over the next few weeks.
