Health Week has arrived and we have all sorts of fun activities organised including Zumba, basketball, karate, Jo Jingles, smoothie making and many more!
All children are being encouraged to keep a food diary this week to help us think about balanced diets. – Remember a balanced diet does not mean cutting out all foods you love, just balance them with healthy foods too!
We also have a design your own Olympics themed sports kit competition with great prizes!
