As part of our School Book Fair this year, Primary 7 were asked to bring in their favourite books and recommend them to the class. As well as giving the title, author, descriptions of characters and reading out extracts, in order to inspire and encourage their peers to want to read the book/s, the pupils also made good use of the white board and our class visualiser. Each child found this excellent piece of equipment, an asset to their presentation and used the controls to advantage whilst e.g. zooming in on the cover/s of their chosen book or series of books, illustrations and specially selected and prepared pieces of text.

This looks like it was a fantastic event! It sounds a great way to get get involved in read and excited about books.
