Just to let you know that the butterflies have finally emerged so far there are nine out of ten. They look beautiful and very healthy. I have given them some sugar water and will release them in a few days. I hope that the final one will emerge by then. I will release them in my garden in Edinburgh and will post some photos of the release, keep an eye out for them in East Linton!! They are called painted lady butterflies.
