The new school is being built at Hallhill to house primary four to seven children from August, while primaries one to three will remain at the current Dunbar Primary School building school on Lammermuir Crescent.

We are delighted to announce that Dunbar Parent Council have won in the “Parents as Partners in Learning Award” at The Scottish Education Awards at the Hilton Hotel Glasgow. This is a fantastic accolade for the Parent Council and wider community of Dunbar Primary School and we are very proud to have such a dynamic and innovative parent body that make being a pupil at this school so wonderful. On behalf of the whole School Community, Well Done.

Thank you (I think!) Miss Eeles for managing to caputure this event.
Mrs Clark, Mr MacRury, Mrs Hackett and I had great fun and luckily we didn’t get too wet but enough to have raised some money for school funds!
Thanks for everyone who paid for their sponges.

What a day at Dunbar Primary School Fair – such a great atmosphere, lovely weather and delighted to see so many of our pupils running their own stalls and great to see some many parents, grandparents and children attending. Hope you all enjoyed the afternoon?
