I would like you to log onto SCHOLAR using your own username and password. 

Read through the Unit 2 Part 1 work on Fuels – complete all of the in section tick tests and then complete the end of topic exercise.   You will need to know what is meant by an octane number and a feedstock before completing the assessment. 

Look over the Unit 2 Part 2 work on Names and Families.  You will not know about some of the families as we’ve not covered them all in class yet.  Look over the names and functional groups of the aldehydes, alkanones and alkenoic acids.  Try the Unit 2 Part 2 end of topic exercise – miss out Q6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

If you get all of this done you can look over the Unit 1 material in preparation for your Prelim in February.
