- Find out more about laser and inkjet printers from the internet. You might want to try these pages:
- Search for two printers that are available to buy just now. Compare the two printers on the following:
- What type of technology (laser/inkjet) do they use?
- What is their maximum resolution ?(measured in dots per inch, or dpi)
- What is their printing speed? (measured in pages per minute – ppm)
- Are there any other useful features about the printer? (eg, does it let you print straight from a digital camera, for example?)
- Which one would you buy for your own use? Why?
