Primary 2/1 have been learning all about lighthouses as part of their topic “The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch”.  They have a giant lighthouse in the class, and everyone has made small models of lighthouses.  In art, they have been creating wonderful pictures of lighthouses.

Primary 2/1 visited the food co-op as part of their Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch topic.  In the story, Mrs Grinling sends a lunch to the lighthouse in a basket.  We went to the food co-op to look at different fruits and vegetables and we made a healthy lunch basket of our own.
