Deans Primary had a celebration last Monday because Livingston is now 50 years old!
We watched the opening of the new path and Kieran in p7 pretended to cut the ribbon with a massive pair of silver pretend scissors while Mrs. McDonald had a real pair of scissors. We thought the massive scissors were real!
We also we watched two p7s and their buddies plant two oak trees. It was a beautiful day and we can’t wait till they’re fully grown so in the future we will have to come and visit them!
There was a photographer from The Courier, he asked us to huddle up around the oak tree while he took our picture.
Mr Smith came, we were very happy to have a special visitor watching over the occasion.
