Comic Relief 2011

Staff and children dressed up for ComicRelief today, with a Hawiian beach party theme.  Everyone looked very bright and summery with shorts, t-shirts,  flip flops, sunhats and sunglasses and other assorted summer gear.  Some people were wearing grass skirts, swimming costumes and wet suits.  Even the sun was shining and supporting  the summery theme (although it was still cold outside).

During the week, the children have been rehearsing for a “Deans’ Got Talent” presentation for Comic Relief.  Today one act from each class performed in front of the whole school.  Congratulations to all the entrants and performers – there are some very talented people in our school.

Well done everyone who helped make the fundraising event so successful – we raised an amazing £500 for Comic Relief.  WOW!
