There has been more snow today and the authorities have announced that all schools in West Lothian will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 30th November 2010). This year our upper school primaries P4-7 are performing the Nativity on Thursday 9th December at 7pm and Friday 10th December at 10am. Our Christmas Fayre takes place on Saturday 27th November at 10am until 1pm. Please come along and have fun at our stalls and buy some lovely Christmas gifts for your family and friends.  Tickets are available from the school at a cost of £1 per adult and 50p per child the price includes a drink. On Tuesday 16th November the Primary 2 classes visited the Sea Bird Centre in North Berwick.  They had a fantastic time there learning about birds and sea life in the area.  The children were able to watch birds and learned about seals.  They even had the opportunity to make their own seal beanies.

Five pupils in primary 6 shared their writing with the school today.  The pupils read their work confidently to the webcam and children in other classes were able to view the stories on the whiteboards.  They answered questions from children with confidence.  Well done girls!
