The Calendar Project

Primary three spent the term before Christmas working on a project to make calendars. This turned into a most engaging topic, with the children getting deeply involved in all aspects. They undertook all the work themselves, from the taking of the photographs of the local area, to the design and then the layout of the calendar, as well as the pricing of the goods and the finished article. This was sold at the Christmas fair, greatly contributing to the confidence building of these budding young entrepreneurs!
