Everyone returned from camp today, tired but happy after a great week . The weather was fine and cold but, yesterday, the temperature was 20 degrees, with clear blue skies. The children had a range of activities yesterday- low ropes ( an assault course that needs a lot of teamwork), pond-dipping, a picnic lunch and then a walk to Newcastleton to have a look around, visit the park and shop! The day was rounded off with tea, a disco, then supper and bed.
Everyone- staff included- is looking forward to a warm bath and a long sleep!
