P7 end of term show and prize giving

On Tuesday afternoon P7 at Cockenzie Primary delighted their parents and friends with their production of Alice in Wonderland.  After weeks of rehearsals they were ready,  singing 18 songs beautifully, telling the story of Alice’s adventures in Wonderland.     Well done P7, you were fantastic.

The show was followed by prize giving  where Natasha Dickson was presented with the Hepburn Cup for sporting prowess,   Jenny Gibson and Rebecca Sheddon were given the Citizenship shield   and Kirsty Dunlop the first prize  of the John  Bellany Art Prize,  Ewan Watt and Aoife Crummy  were second equal.  The afternoon ended with an after show party in the garden.

The P7 party took place last night in the assembly hall, only today and tomorrow to go until primary is over for these children.   We wish them well at secondary school.
