Action on Hearing Loss Scotland ‘On the Move’ Transitions Project, funded by The Big Lottery Fund, supports young deaf and hard of hearing people aged 16-25 living in Central Scotland to have a smooth transition from school into College/University, into employment or further training as well as supporting to find volunteer placements and work experience.
