Salary: £30,044 pro rata, 28hrs/week over 4 days

 We are looking for an experienced Manager to work for Mayfield and Easthouses Youth 2000 Project (Y2K), a youth organisation that has now been established for 10 years.

Y2K is a well used resource within our local community and we are looking for a dynamic individual who has the right experience, skills and attitude to take forward the organisation’s mission to provide a high quality youth work service for young people.

You will have overall responsibility for the effective management of the organisation.  Your role will include strategic development, staff management, funding and finance management.  You will have experience in effective leadership and team building skills with a track record of securing funding and developing projects.  This role is essential to ensuring the long term sustainability of the organisation.
