Transition Drama…’Into the Unknown’
The preschool children enjoyed their first session of drama with Marjory Sweeney from East Lothian Arts Service Drama Department this morning. Marjory asked the children to start thinking about moving on and to share their feelings about starting primary One…Their drama workshop was entitled, ‘Into the Unknown’ and Marjory told them a story about a little girl who was leaving nursery and starting school just like them. The children had a fantastic time and they are all really excited about finishing their stories tomorrow when Marjory comes back fot their second drama workshop session. We would like to extend an enormous thank you to Marjory for providing our childrern with such a unique and engaging learning opportunity.
