Money Maths!
Primary One have been learning about money and the different coins which we can use to make various prices. We have been doing this by playing bingo, buying items from our class shop, counting out plastic coins, playing games on the whiteboard and sorting coins into purses. Next we plan to move onto working out how much change we would get from spending different amounts. This maths work all ties in nicely with our topic on shops and shopping and thanks to everyone for sending in your empty cereal boxes and egg cartons for our new class shop!
