A Very Special Achievement!
Jason in P7b recently got some very exciting news. So exciting I did a jump!
Today he wrote a report about it in class:
Broughton High School Report
Broughton High School is an elite performance school for the best footballers, dancers and musicians in Scotland and I have been selected to go to the school. Broughton High School is a new modern school that has around a 1000 people that go.
Broughton is a special school because every day you get 1 and a half hour a day of football, dancing or music instead of drama PE CDT etc. But you can’t miss the core subjects Maths, English and one Language. But that’s only if you are there for the football, dancing or music.
To get into Broughton you have to go to trials or auditions and if you get through them you have to get an interview. In the interview they will ask you some questions e.g. Do you do any other sports? What do you do in your free time? etc.
My opinions of the school is that it looks really nice and clean and the football sounds really good. Also the school work looks good and interesting. I’m really nervous about going to Broughton because I will be meeting hundreds of new people there is supposedly about 200 people going to be in my year but, I’m also bit sad of leaving all my friends that I have been with since P1.
