P3 Museum Visit
On Wednesday morning P3 and P2/3 children went to have a look at the different Viking artefacts at Chamber Street Museum. We saw the remains of a Viking grave found at Orkney and saw all the different things that were buried with the people like tools, weapons, clothes, jewellery and even a horse!!! Some people tried on some replica Viking clothes and pretended they were Vikings. We also got to see and feel the different replicas of things the Vikings used and we tried to guess what they were. It was a good morning out and we came back to school ready for our lunch!
