Oh We Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside….

Here we are making the lunch….

We have been working hard on our cross-curricular theme “The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch”. We have made our own lighthouses as well as a large frieze to go with the story. We worked together to put the story pictures in the right order and then tried hard to do it on our own! We have been enjoying some Drama activities too. We have been miming some of the jobs that Mr. and Mrs. Grinling do in the story.Can you guess what we are doing?

We are rowing the boat to the lighthouse.

We are putting the pictures from the story in order.

    the p1/2 open day on the 31 of March was great. Lots and lots of people came to the classroom, It was very busy!!!

    Oh I did like to be beside the seaside!, I really liked the drama time when we were doing a seaside scene!!!
