Tony Robinson’s Weird World of Wonders: Egyptians

Posted by j-bar03 on May 15, 2012

Tony Robinson’s Weird World of Wonders: Egyptians was 155 pages packed full of facts, fun and trivia.  Eight year old Lucy really enjoyed it and has this to say about it:

“I really enjoyed the book, it was really really good.
It had lots of really good pictures, illustrations, diagrams and photographs – some of them had funny captions.
Some of the chapter titles had funny names like ‘Pyramidiots’!
It was helpful because I’m learning about the Egyptians at school and now I know even more things about them. “

The Weird World of Wonders series also has a dedicated website which Lucy really enjoyed.

This was a very comprehensive study of the Egyptians, delivered in a fun, digestible format.
