Primary 3/4
Pupils in Primary 3/4 have started learning about the Romans. This is a very interesting topic which we are sure the children will enjoy, and we hope lots of parents will get involved in talking about the topic at home too. Perhaps you could visit some of the local areas where there remains evidence of Roman settlements - Traprain Law near Haddington or the site at Inveresk, Musselburgh.
The class are currently practising for their assembly which they will perform to the whole school on Monday 29th September. P3/4 would like to invite their parents/guardians to come along at 2.15pm on the 29th September to see their assembly.
The children are also enjoying learning basketball skills with Mrs McKendrick, our PE specialist.
