Dounans camp day 3.
Camp was good today, my group did the pole climbI got to the top and I jumped off. It was really worth climing to the top. calum p6/7.
Today my group walked up to the Little Faun Falls. It was great but very tiring. James P7
Today at camp it was fun because my group did the flying fox. It was very high and really fast.Laurie p6/7
It is the 3rd day of camp and my group did the Mohawk walk.Mrs Herriot did it but fell off.I think she enjoyed itIt was quite hard but we worked together as a team and completed it.it was great fun.Stephanie P6/7

I hope that Mrs Herriot’s group looked after her when she fell - perhaps the photograph on the website was taken after she had fallen! I’m glad everyone is having such a good time - I know all the parents are looking forward to you coming home, but I think a few of you would happily stay at camp for another week!! Have a good final day and we’ll see you when you get back tonight.

Hey!!!! Hope you all got home safely! It’s a bit quiet here just now without all you screaming children! lol!
Hope you all had as much fun as we did. We were chatting in our meeting after you all left and we were saying how fun you all were and that we were inpressed with the effort you all put in. It makes our job so much easier when the children give 100%.
Well it is now snowing here…….brrrrrrrrr! Can’t believe how lucky you were with the weather!!!
Hope you are all using the skills you learned at Dounans…..try putting them into practice!

Great to hear the staff at Dounans were impressed with your effort last week. As Isla said, now you need to put all the skills you learned into practice over the next few weeks before you head up to high school. Hope everyone has a relaxing holiday!
